What defines the quality of our lives is the quality of our relationships. What defines the quality of our relationships is their authenticity and depth, which in turn depends upon the authenticity of our relationship with our own selves.

This Sunday, we will probe deep into our sub consciousness to better understand various aspects of our lives that influences our relationship with our own soul as well as with those around us.
