Anahata Retreats reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, schedule, or location due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a major change, participants will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel their booking with a full refund.
2. Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat.
Anahata Retreats recommends that participants have adequate travel insurance to cover any medical expenses or emergencies.
Anahata Retreats is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during the retreat.
3. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other participants and staff.
Any disruptive or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the retreat.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in Mumbai, India.
5. Refund policy
On account of a no-show or any cancellation 14 days prior to the Retreat, the entire registration amount is non-refundable.
For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the Retreat an amount of 50% is refundable within 14 days to the participant.
If any Retreat organized by Anahata is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, the entire amount of fees paid by participants will be refunded 100% within 14 days of the announcement of such cancellation.
