As human beings we inadvertently allow ourselves to be trapped and confined by the barriers of our own making. We allow limitations in our success, relationships and our well-being by being chained to the weaknesses of our mind.

In this workshop, Bijay will lead us with specific Kundalini Yoga mantras, kriyas and meditations that will help us to break free from the shackles of limitations that inhibit our growth.
