31st October, to 2nd November, 2014 | Lonavala
As human beings, we are born connected to nature. Our bio-rhythms and nervous systems are in sync with natural vibrations and cosmic frequencies. Over a period of time, we lose this precious connection with nature. Subsequently, we lose our connection with our souls.
In this retreat, we will re-discover our bond and connect with nature. Dr.Parvish Pandya will lead participants through nature trails, treks and walks where he will educate us on nature and its bounty with his encyclopaedic knowledge that encompasses everything to do with flora and fauna. Learn to distinguish bird calls, identifying more than 60 species of birds that inhabit the pristine surroundings of The Machan.
In the evenings we will practice the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga to connect with our inner selves with Bijay J Anand.
