Jivamukti is a physical, ethical, and spiritual practice, combining a vigorous hatha yoga, vinyasa-based physical style with adherence to five central tenets: shastra (scripture), bhakti (devotion), ahimsa (non-violence), n?da (music), and dhyana (meditation).
The name Jivamukti is an adaptation of the Sanskrit jivanmuktih, wherein jiva is the individual living soul, and mukti β like moksha β is liberation from the cycle of death and rebirth. Thus the Jivamukti method is “liberation while living”. In this workshop will lead us through the beautiful practice of Jivamukti Yoga and introduce us to itβs various healing and rejuvenating miracles.
