8th to 18th November, 2019 | Atmantan Wellness Centre, Mulshi
‘Prabodhan’ is the Sanskrit word for enlightenment.
All branches of Yoga and various spiritual practices endeavour and strive to achieve enlightenment as their final goal and destination.
Prabodhan is a teachers training program that has been designed to create Lions as leaders of the new world order.
This course has been designed for those who want to deepen their practice and understanding of yoga, or simply enhance their quality of life as an individual or wish to become teachers to spread joy and light in this world.
The training is suited for beginners as well as intermediate students.
It is our belief that those who are healed become instruments of healing. Healing the soul is the combined healing interventions for the body, heart and mind. It is with this understanding that these 11-days will focus upon the detoxification of your soul, aura and magnetic field cleansing along with a deep spiritual cleanse.
What we endeavour to impart to the participants of this training program is the principle tenet of “The Dhammapadda”, which is “The further one travels, the less one knows”. It means that the more we know, the more we realise how little we know.
In this course, emphasis is going to be laid upon the importance of mastering several disciplines like Ayurveda, naturopathy, yoga asanas, breath, meditation, philosophy, mudras, mantras and much more to develop a wise, well-informed and evolved teacher.
Our teachers are trained to use the philosophy of ‘The Spirituality of Leadership’, to become Lions in their own life.
To be a good teacher and one that can heal everyone who needs healing, one needs to have the courage, will-power, aura and the magnetic powers of a Lion.
A teacher needs to be a leader in every sense of the word. He needs to command respect and reverence by virtue of his demeanour and his self-confidence. This course is designed to achieve this superlatively.
Finally, all participants of this course are going to be firmly placed upon the path to spiritual evolution
To evolve as human beings, we need to have a hunger to grow, to become wiser and better as individuals. We need to find our true nature and to align ourselves with our life purpose. With the help of this course, our participants will set upon a journey that will put them upon a beautiful, irreversible path to self-development and spiritual growth. The spiritual awakening process is an irreversible process. It also corresponds to the opening and balancing of the chakras, one by one. Once a you taste the sweet nectar of spiritual bliss, you will never ever want to lose that taste again. A bud having become a flower could never become a bud again.
Towards the goal of an all-round development of our future teachers, we have included subjects in this program that are diverse and yet beautifully woven in the fabric of spirituality to create an enigmatic fabric of wisdom, radiance and power.
The students will be immersed into the physical, mental and spiritual states of yoga with internationally renowned teachers.
This course has been programmed to be intense and challenging to all its participants, not only physically but mentally as well.
It begins with 5-days of the Anahata Yog Utsav which will have 9-teachers from around the world teaching various forms of yoga and other spiritual wisdom as listed above.
For the Teachers Training Course, attendance for all Yog Utsav sessions is mandatory for all students.
Once the 5-days of the Yog Utsav is over, then the final six-days program will be focusing primarily upon the healing aspects of Kundalini Yoga.
Apart from this, the last six-days will also be focusing upon the various aspects of using the above-accumulated wisdom and practice towards an effective and strong teacher to benefit your students.
The 11-days TTC is a course that endows its participants with a ‘Certificate of Participation’ for the TTC
To qualify as a certified Anahata teacher, each participant must undergo a 10-day Vipassana meditation course from any authentic Vipassana meditation centre around the world.
The last requirement to be certified to become a teacher is a mandatory 50 hours of practice with a KRI certified teacher.
