Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Digna Popat

This workshop is an introduction to ‘Yog Chikitsa Vibhag’ known as the Primary Series in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

The Primary Series helps in purifying your body from all toxins. It also helps in building strength, stamina, flexibility and endurance. Regular practice of this series tones the body and bestows upon the practitioner good health, an alert mind and a free spirit.

Digna has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga since 8 years and makes annual trips to Mysore to study under her Guru – Sharath R. Jois. She is also a certified Hatha yoga teacher from Yoga Institute Mumbai.
