Letting go

9th February, 2014 | Versova

A blissful existence and a life of celebration and joy is an ideal dream. What holds us back in our quest for the ideal life is accumulated emotions, anger, guilt and pain. Allowing all of these negative emotions to be stored in our bodies and making them an integral part of our lives, we trudge along searching, yearning and looking for happiness. This Sunday, 9th of February, Yoga 101 will host a special workshop to help you rid yourself of any feeling or emotion that your awareness and consciousness would like to let go of.

If we simply allow our stored emotions to fall away, we can be happy, joyous and blissful for our entire lives. Instead of holding on to these thoughts and feelings, we need to resolve to tear them out of our souls and throw them out of our lives.

This Sunday, 9th of February, Yoga 101 will host a special workshop to help you rid yourself of any feeling or emotion that your awareness and consciousness would like to let go of.

We will be holding a Kundalini Yoga practice with Bijay J Anand followed by a havan done in authentic vedic ritual by ‘bhatji’s’ from the south of India. Called the Ganapati Homam this havan will run simultaneously with the Kriyas, Mudras and Mantras as prescribed by the science of Kundalini Yoga to dissolve fear, pain, sorrow, guilt and anger.
