In this workshop we will work on developing strength and stabilisation in the core to move safely and to find deep strength for arm balances.Strength drills will be included to deeply establish the muscle memory for the strength, ‘Apana’ pattern to engage, strengthen and activate the core.
This workshop will help to reduce any injuries, as a lot of movement injuries are caused because of not enough focus on stability and strength in the practice.
This workshop is open to all levels of Yoga practitioners or fitness enthusiasts.So if your goal is to do a handstand, any arm balance or just have a strong, fit and injury free body and practice, this workshop will help you with the techniques for the same.
