Mon, 3rd Oct : 7.00 – 8.30pm – Foundation Flow
A medium paced practise focusing on alignment, flow & asana. Basic pranayama & an introduction to simple meditation techniques.
Tue, 4th Oct : 7.00 – 8.30am – Power Practise
A strong & dynamic practise involving flows with the option for advanced variations. Stronger pranayama techniques are included, as well as Kundalini Kriyas & some kalaripayattu exercises.
Wed, 5th Oct : 7.00 – 8.30pm – Meditation
Moving into the subtleties of the practise. A combination of techniques including chanting & pranayama, combined with mindful asana.
